THE NEW SPRING NURSERY SCHOOL CONTRACT
Children attending the nursery school One whole term's notice of intent to remove your child from Nursery must be given in writing before the last day of the term, before close of business at 12.45. otherwise a full terms fee will be due regardless of your child attending The New Spring Nursery School. The liability for a terms fee is effective from the acceptance of the place offered. The Contract states that it is irrelevant of the place being filled by another child and is a consequence of not informing the nursery within the given time. The amount payable will be the equivalent of a full 5 days fee and no funding reduction will be available (not the amount of days presently attending), due to five days being the reserved space for every child registered and attending the nursery. The fee must be paid and cleared before the last day of the child attending the nursery school; This being the end of the contract between the parent and The New Spring Nursery School Term fees are due before the last day of term. Parents not having given notice within the notice period will be required to settle their invoice 14 days before their last day of attending the setting. Children generally attend the nursery for three days for one term only. When children are eligible for funding they are automatically registered for 5 morning sessions; parents may choose to send their child for fewer mornings until they feel they are ready to attend every day. Children eligible for funding are liable for the full fee and the total funding for that term as this is the total loss in funds to the nursery school.
SEPTEMBER INTAKE OR CHILDREN NEW TO THE SETTING. Parents sign the official offer of a nursery school place and return it to the nursery school within the given time frame. This signature is confirmation that they are aware of the nursery school policy and contract conditions; which state that they are liable for a full terms fee once they accept the offer of the nursery school place, by email or by signing the document. Should the parent change their mind/decline the place after they have signed and returned this document they will still be liable for the full fee. The fee is payable by the date stated in the invite letter or other means of correspondence. Parents also sign the contract agreement on registration and when completing the nursery school starter pack which parents are issued on acceptance of the place. A full terms notice (from the child’s start date in September, when they are new to the setting) is required to withdraw from the nursery school. A full term refers to a term that a child has attended the setting, parents of children that are due to start and have accepted a place for September are liable for a fee on acceptance of the place and a terms notice refers to notice being given once they are attending the setting.
